Delivery & Returns
Delivery in Australia
DTY delivers to all locations throughout Australia. All deliveries include tracking and signature on delivery. Deliveries must be made to an actual business or residential address. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All deliveries are sent from our warehouse in Rowville, Victoria.

Standard delivery time depends on your location but is usually 3 - 10 business days.
Delivery to remote locations may take longer.
Return / Size Exchange
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items for a refund, or exchange for a different size, within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
All returns must have a valid Return Authority Number (RA) from DTY.

All returned goods must fully meet our Conditions of Return. Items that do not comply with our Conditions of Return may be rejected.
Conditions of Return:
- Goods must be in original condition with all tags & labels attached
- Goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Returned goods require a valid Return Authority Number (RA number) and cannot be processed without one.
- Returned items must reach DTY within 14 days of receipt of the RA number.
- Goods that have been embroidered, printed or customised in any way cannot be returned.
- Items on sale or clearance cannot be returned
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for sale/clearance items
Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately we currently only offer shipping within Australia. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up with updates including international shipping.
Once your return is approved a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. It can take a bit longer for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange items for a different style, however you can return the item/s for a refund and place a new order for the new style/s you're after.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact hello@designstoyou to discuss the fault and arrange a return. We cannot accept liability until items are assessed and confirmed as faulty.
Lost or damaged returns
Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach DTY. DTY will not accept returned items that are damaged in transit due to inappropriate or insufficient packaging.
DTY cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post. We strongly recommend that you use trackable registered post to return your items.
