Our COVID-19 response
With COVID-19 restrictions still in place, we’ve taken additional precautions to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our customers, staff and the community.
Our premises are currently closed to the public, but the warehouse continues to operate as usual. Some of our staff have transitioned to working remotely, and the rest will be working on rotation as required by the Victorian government. There shouldn't however be any impact to our services.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST
Updates to services:
Our business remains open and we are processing orders and deliveries as usual.
Contactless pickup is still available from our Rowville location. Please follow Victorian government rules and do not travel further than 5km from your home.
Please be aware that deliveries may take longer than usual since both Australia Post and Sendle are experiencing delays due to the increase in demand for online shopping.
Health, safety and well-being measures:
In order to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and reduce transmission, we've implemented a range of individual and organisational measures including social distancing, increased hygiene, additional cleaning, daily temperature checks, face covering and more.
As a family business our staff's health and wellbeing is also crucial to us. We are doing our best to provide our people with as much support, stability and flexibility as we can during these challenging times.
We have implemented physical distancing to ensure a 1.5 meters distance from others.
Cleaning & hygiene:
All staff must practice regular and thorough hand washing. Work surfaces are cleaned daily with disinfectant.
Mandatory face covering:
We require that all staff and anyone on our premises wear a face covering at all times.
Regular hand sanitising:
We have installed numerous hand sanitising stations throughout our premises and encourage all staff to use sanitiser regularly.
